While the workshop can accommodate any group size, it is most effective with 10 or fewer participants. Smaller groups enable a more personalized experience.

Knowledge Required

The workshop is designed to raise awareness and solve business challenges. No technical knowledge is required above basic soft IT skills.

We advise including participants of varied seniority levels in the workshop. This approach ensures diverse perspectives on your operations are represented, maximizing benefits for your business.

Departments

Sending a representative from each department can be beneficial, offering a broad overview. Alternatively, for a more targeted strategy, consider conducting a workshop with an entire department for in-depth focus.
