Workshops Overview

Our training workshops focus on improving user productivity using Microsoft 365 and AI. Each workshop is tailored to align with your business goals through a preliminary session. We offer both remote and in-person options, recommending group sizes of up to 10 people. Sessions range from 1-hour online meetings to 2-day in-person workshops and are priced based on duration and location. See our most popular workshops below.

Microsoft 365 Productivity Kick-Starter

Goals: Enhance user productivity by getting more out of Microsoft 365 tools.

Experience Required: Basic IT soft skills.

Content: Typically we cover Teams, Teams Premium, Bookings, Planner and To Do, Forms, Loop, Lists and Copilot. The tools we focus on are decided during the pre-workshop tailoring session. These sessions provide a foundational knowledge, enabling your team to further develop their skills through online resources or additional workshops that offer the most business value.

Structure: In the morning, we demonstrate the tools, and in the afternoon, we delve deeply into one or two of them, solving business challenges or implementing the tools live

Typical Duration: 1 – 1.5 days

Microsoft Teams

Goals: Increase user confidence, productivity and best practice use of Teams.

Experience Required: Basic IT soft skills.

Content: Teams is a vast platform, and we focus on the areas that significantly enhance productivity, streamline daily tasks, and improve security. We offer three types of Teams workshops: Foundation, Intermediate, and Power User. The Foundation and Intermediate workshops concentrate on daily use of Microsoft Teams, while the Power User workshop covers best practices for managing Teams and maximising productivity.

Structure: Training agenda with Q & A throughout.

Typical Duration: 0.5 – 1 day

Microsoft Planner

Goals: Enable users to seamlessly manage and collaborate on tasks and projects using Microsoft Planner.

Experience Required: Basic IT soft skills.

Content: All features within Microsoft Planner and To Do. We offer workshops on Planner and Planner Premium.

Structure: Training agenda with Q & A throughout. Live implementation included if required.

Typical Duration: 2 – 4 hours

Microsoft Bookings

Goals: Enable users to streamline internal and external meeting scheduling using Microsoft Bookings.

Experience Required: Basic IT soft skills.

Content: All features within Microsoft Bookings Personal and Shared pages.

Structure: Training agenda with Q & A throughout. Live implementation.

Typical Duration: 2 – 4 hours

Task Management Masterclass for Microsoft 365

Goals: Seamlessly manage, organise and collaborate on tasks using Microsoft Planner, To Do, Lists, Loop and Planner Premium.

Content: All tools and process in Planner, Planner Premium, To Do, Lists and Loop that enable more effective task management.

Experience Required: Basic IT soft skills.

Structure: Training agenda with Q & A throughout. Live problem solving / implementation.

AI for Personal Productivity

Goals: Improve confidence and productivity using generative AI tools, specifically ChatGPT and Copilot. Develop AI super users in your organisation to help with AI adoption.

Content: What is AI, what is not AI. AI use cases – text generation, image generation, summarisation and coaching. The tools (ChatGPT and Copilot). Safe and responsible AI use. Custom and personal AI assistants.
