The Digital Transformation Accelerator Program builds you an IT strategy and roadmap designed to achieve your goals over one, three and five years. The program runs in yearly cycles and involves regular, communication and planning between Atoymc and your senior leadership team. Using our Technology Maturity Model, we continuously improve your organisation in five key areas: Efficiency, productivity, collaboration, security and resilience driving Digital Transformation.

Productivity Accelerator Program

The Productivity Accelerator Program helps your employees work faster and use the tools they have in more effective ways. A specialist will talk to each everyone times a year and suggest how they can simplify their tasks. Common issues are sent to the Technology Accelerator Program for senior managers to look at. These two programs together improve efficiency, productivity and teamwork.

Training Accelerator Program

The Training Accelerator Program gives your team access to on-demand video training on a wide range of topics, including Microsoft 365, IT soft skills, productivity skills and health and well-being in the workplace. This training bolsters the Productivity Accelerator Program by enabling uses to be self sufficient.

Security Hardening Program

The Security Hardening Program is a service that enhances your security on an ongoing basis. Our security experts follow the most recent hardening best practices from Microsoft and the Center for Internet Security (CIS) to optimise your Microsoft 365 settings every month. Are you aware that Microsoft 365 operates on a ‘Shared Responsibility’ model? This means that it is up to the users of the platform to make sure that the appropriate security settings are enabled. This program ensure that your security is continually improved inline with new and existing threats.
